Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Assist operators with production of steel
  • Analyze chemistry samples from LMF, Caster, and Hot Mill
  • Standardization and maintenance of spectrometers and LECO units 
  • Maintenance of Caster & LMF temperature system

Qualifications

Experience/Requirements:

Required:

  • Ability to work independently and follow directions

Preferred: 

  • General chemistry knowledge, crane, forklift and other equipment certificiaton
