This position includes maintaining the building interior and exterior, monitoring / making adjustments to building HVAC, and work with contractors on various projects and repairs. 

• Assist with coordination of maintenance activities for all equipment and communicate with management / operations personnel.
• Ensure safe work practices and adherence to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair old and new equipment.
• Maintain complete and accurate maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and OSHA guidelines.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Required: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to safety through actions and behaviors; enforce safety procedures and requirements.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and 3-phase electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Abililty to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Troubleshooting and repair HVAC system controls.
• Experience in commercial plumbing.
• Knowledge of conveyors and drives.
• Electrical repair abilities (120V and 277V)
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial motor controls (PLC experience helpful).
• Cover after hours, weekends, and holiday alarm calls when needed.

Preferred:

• Industrial maintenance experience.
• At least two years of maintenance experience.
