Lead electrical and controls maintenance in addition to assisting in customer product trials

• Lead electrical and controls maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
• Siemens S7 PLC installation, configuration and programming, 480V three phase power distribution, and controls for pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Assist in customer product trials
• Prove shift support and leadership as it related to electrical safety, controls and operation
• Assist Operations and Engineering with process-related issues and improvements

Required

• 3-5 years electrical maintenance experience
• Must be able to read electrical / mechanical drawings
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and a desire to problem solve
• PLC programming and VFD configuration eperience is a must
• Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
  Possess a willingness to work in cold/hot outside conditions as well as hot inside conditions

Preferred 

• Ability to install/configure wired/wireless networking
• Experience using AutoCAD Electrical
