• Total hardware and software responsibility for Level 2 systems and network:
• Maintain communication systems to Level 1 and Level 3
• Supply data in such a way to support the needs of the department
• Maintain system backup strategy, support recovery from catastrophic hardware/software failure
• Develop migration/upgrade plan for aging hardware and software sub systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Science AND Five (5) Years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Demonstrated experience in computer programming languages (C, C++, C#, and Fortran)
• Demonstrated experience in computer communications protocols (TCP, and UDP)
• Demonstrated experience in server Administration (Linux, Server 2003, and Server 2008)
• Demonstrated experience in Database Administration (Oracle, and SQL Server)
• Demonstrated experience in Webpage Development (Linux/Apache/PHP, and SQL)
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshoot automation problems and perform complex systems tests
• Demonstrated experience in Process Modeling and Model Tuning
• Demonstrated experience in Control System Theory - Understanding of underlying mill control systems (Drives, Controllers, and Sensors)
• Demonstrated experience in Server hardware and RAID systems
• Demonstrated experience in Networking hardware and software
