As we continue to grow, we have an immediate need for Supervisor  – Steel Rolling/Finishing Area.

We are seeking a seasoned production supervisor with a background doing hands on supervision in a heavy-manufacturing, continuous-production process. 

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, have excellent people skills, strong math and mechanical abilities and the energy to excel.  Steel mill experience preferred, but not a requirement.   This supervisor will manage hourly unionized crews of five to twenty-seven employees.  You need to be willing and able to work in hot and cold environments; do heavy lifting; and work a shift which may be 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am, and include weekends.

If you need someone else to fix your car or are bothered going home each night with a dirty uniform, this is not the job for you.
