Direct Warehouse Day to Day Activities

• Supervise and manage the warehouse employees
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Manage 85 million in SDI inventory
• Enter and approve payroll
• Enter monthly consignment requisitions
• Purchase Warehouse spares
• Enter and Run daily cycle count and variance reports
• Investigate inventory discrepancies
• Make MMS inventory updates
• Create Monthly reports for Accounting
• Responsible for making sure all monthly safety audits and inspection are complete

Required:

• Strong Safety record
• Must be self-motivated, able to make independent decisions, and work without direct supervision
• Strong computer aptitude/capability including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking

Preferred:

• Warehouse background and supervisory experience
