Overview

Reports directly to Treasury Manager focusing on 1) capital structure and liquidity management; 2) research and analysis of financial and governance subject matters; 3) communications to outside business partners; 4) analysis of emerging topics on sustainability, investments and treasury related topics; 5) treasury subject matter expert for due diligence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the financial strategy for liquidity and capital structure management for the corporation
  • Development in the communications for outside business partners including banks, bondholders and rating agencies as necessary
  • Support divisions in the review of their processes and controls surrounding cash and treasury services
  • Enhance and implement strategy for foreign currency and interest rate risk management
  • Contributes to the sustainability efforts within treasury including supporting analysis of external ratings as well as potential future debt issuances and credit facility
  • Manage the due diligence process as well as financial analysis for a portion of our growth projects. Serve as the treasury subject matter expert in due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions.  

 

Overall Responsibilities

  • Serve as backup on various treasury functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • CPA or MBA Finance required
  • 10 to 15 years minimum of relevant treasury & financial analysis experience.   
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
