Support sales to improve their productivity by inputting bids, preparing reports, coordinating with other teams, and handling administrative duties.

• • Receive bid request from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.
  • Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to acquire design files and any other missing information to proceed with submittal scheduling.
  • Assist with contract receipt, review and filing.
  • Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.
  • Create and update sales reports.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with Sales Supervisor, outside sales reps, and other departments.

• • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2 or more years’ experience in sales
