• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for specialty deck from contract drawings and specifications
• Utilize Bluebeam, Excel and proprietary software
• Track all addendums and revisions prior to bid time
• Work with engineering and project management to achieve accurate design and efficiency
• Maintain constant communication with sales team and DSM’s
• Other duties as necessary

• Read and understand contract drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, Salesforce and Excel software
• Understand how to track, download and properly store drawings
• Understand company and industry practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Work in a fast paced environment to accurately and efficiently meet or exceed all deadline requirements
• Two year Arch/Eng design related degree or prior structural and/or joist estimating or detailing experience
