Omnisource, a wholly owned subsidiary of Steel Dynamics Inc., is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to repair and maintain stationary and mobile equipment, ensuring efficiency while maintaining safety and maximized production. 

• Up to $75,000 - $100,000 annually
• $2,000 sign on bonus

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on stationary and mobile equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• React to emergency breakdowns.
• Perform needed facility repairs.
• Assist with installation of utilities and equipment.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance environment. 
• Proficient in comprehending schematics, hydraulics, and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical blueprints
• Ability to welding, including arc weld with sick and mig as well as fabricating.
• Must be able to operate maintenance vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs without direct supervision.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Experience in three phase and single phase electrical repairs, preferred. 
• Ability to perform advanced electrical repairs is preferred.
• Understanding of programmable logistic controllers preferred.
