Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to help us with our passion to create a great customer experience. The position includes, but may not be limited to, the following responsibilities and activities.

• Manage job ledgers and analyze revenue recognition.
• Create and maintain schedule of values.
• Cost adjustments for discrepancies between estimates and actual costs.
• Process and log change orders and no-charge deliveries.
• Process miscellaneous customer requests for material.
• Request and receive project files
• Job closeout process including payment follow-up and customer survey
• Assist project managers as needed.

• Exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service
• Ability to create and build strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Salesforce (or other CRM) experience a plus; basic computer skills a must (MS Excel)
• Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required
• In a nutshell – we need a go-getter that is looking for a career in the building materials industry
