• Drive culture towards world-class execution of TCOS safety initiatives and projects.
• Managing contractor bid jobs and T&M activities
• Evaulating capital needs and capital project planning/management
• Executing mechanical maintenance activities, both planned and unplanned.
• Develop engineered solutions to solve problems related to equipment, reliability and safety
• Supervising and directing hourly maintenance personnel as needed.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven Safety Record and Leadership Abilities
• Positive Attitude
• Understanding of mechanical maintenance principles and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
• Prior mechanical maintenance and/or supervision experience in heavy manufacturing environment is preferred
• Prior Rolling Mill experience is preferred
