The position will be responsible for maintenance and support of business and production IT systems

• Provide support for desktop hardware that includes installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide support on company utilized software programs
• Perform administration tasks on servers; experience with Windows-based and virtual servers is preferred
• Troubleshoot and maintain networking components
• Coordinate with outside contractors to support specialized applications and hardware
• Communicate with team members on issues with IT systems to find resolution as required

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
• Ability to analyze complex programs and co9mmunicate with all levels of users
• Willing to work in a production environment
• Willing to assume on-call responsibilites as needed
• Experience with Windows Server Administration
• Experience providing general support for PCs and networking hardware
• Self-Starter, Motivated, & ability to Multi-Task

Preferred

• Experience with virtual server infrastructures
• Experience with network design, troubleshooting
• Experience with cybersecurity tool implementation and monitoring
