The Jeffersonville Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all the various activities involved with shipping and receiving product at the Jeffersonville facility. Primary focus being on outbound shipments of finished goods.

• Work with freight carriers to schedule trucks to pick up coil shipments daily
• Interface with customers to arrange pick-up of customer collect shipments
• Coordinates with the sales team routinely to maximize customer shipments
• Orders truck or rail cars for shipments
• Builds loads, prints bills of lading, and organizes shipping paperwork to be used by plant personnel during the shipping process
• Collects previous days shipping documents and ensures outboundshipments balance with the paperwork and/or shipping software
• Works cooperatively as a member of small office team to ensure smooth administrative operations of the Jeffersonville Facility
