- Pursuing a BS in metallurgical engineering, materials engineering, or related discipline, at least a sophomore class standing
- GPA 3.0 or above
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team coordination, and the ability to work with all levels of management, clients and vendors
- Must be self-driven and able to complete tasks without specific direction
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office is highly desired with preference for experience in statistical analysis
