Our marketing team strategically supports a national sales staff in a rapidly growing industry, and seeks an intern who can participate and lead in various stages of online and print marketing campaigns.

This intern should be prepared to work in a team environment and possess high leadership abilities. The intern will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of sales and marketing while gaining beneficial leadership skills.

• Work with sales leadership and Mean’s advertising to create and evaluate social media efforts, e-mail campaigns, on-line promotions, and traditional print advertising etc.
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data through Salesforce.com and MailChimp.com
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
• Research and write content for website, advertising, and public relations media outlets.
• Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
• Assist in implementing strategic sales and marketing processes
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with execution of trade shows with pre/post marketing campaigns
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials

We are looking for a local undergraduate student who is majoring in Sales, Marketing or Advertising. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this position. Candidates who possess strong leadership capabilities will be highly considered.
