• Maintain safe and clean working environment
• Provide technical support and product information to customer base, operations, and sales staff
• Characterize and maintain current products
• Develop new products and manage trials
• Maintain the quality system and develop procedures to improve processes
• Setup, review, and approve orders
• Work with operations and technical services to resolve claims
• Analyze process and product data to improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs
• Attend technical conferences and training seminars
• Perform tasks as required

• Degree in Metallurgy or equivalent
