Oversee, Guide and Mentor the Inside Sales and Customer Service Team

• Make Safety the top priority for your team and workplace
• Oversee all aspects of Inside Sales, Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Manage for outstanding on-time delivery and consistent overall shipment performance
• Monitor performance, training and coverage of the ISR/CSR team
• Streamline, improve and direct process and system improvement initiatives, as guided by team ideas and management directives
• Aggressively pursue excellence in exceeding customer expectations for timely responses and thorough communication
• Work internally with all Butler departments and other FRG divisions to serve the customer and ensure overall FRG procedural consistency
• Maintain and meet all department key measures and oversee compliance with internal and external audits, and our quality management systems
• Research and write-up commercial claims for management consideration
• Assist Sales Manager on other tasks and special projects, as necessary

Required

• A minimum two-year Asscoiates Degree
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, detail-oriented and well organized
• Customer Service passion and attitude
• Willing to go the 'extra mile' for service and problem resolution
• Able to work with people from all organization levels and backgrounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications

Greatly Preferred

• An accredited four-year Bachelors degree, with a Business concentration
• Four or more years of Inside Sales/Service supervisory experience
