Perform a variety of tasks as assigned.

Limited number of Grounds Crew positions available.

• Ability to work in a variety of climate conditions
• Grounds maintenance
• Custodial activities
• Does not require working inside the mill
• Any and all other tasks assigned

Required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be enrolled in some type of post-secondary education: college, vocational, or technical school, etc.
• Must be an immediate family member of a current SDI Butler employee
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• Self-starter, capable of working with others with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
