Directly supervise daytime electricians and oversee shift electricians

• Manage electrical capital projects, perform electrical maintenance, organize downturn activities, execute preventative maintenance, and update documentation
• Support safety initiatives, policies and procedures
• Identify and implement solutions for issues related to safety, quality and production
• Provide electrical support for day-to-day operations as well as electrical upgrade projects

Required

• Electrical Engineering 4 Year Degree
• Previous electrical maintenance, familiar with motor controls, variable frequency drives, power distribution and able to read electrical prints

Preferred

• Knowledge of safety policies (Lockout/Tagout)
• Electrical installation practices, Siemens plc’s
• High voltage maintenance, switchgear maintenance, preventative & predictive maintenance of electrical equipment
• Extensive PC skills on various operating systems
• Communication and organizational skills
