Maintain and improve facility grounds

• Plant site maintenance that includes, but not limited to:
• Mowing / grounds maintenance
• Road cleaning & watering
• Grounds crew equipment maintenance
• Trash collection
• Landscaping
• Spill response
• Misc. site improvements and mill assistance
• Normally scheduled for M-F daylight but must respond to hazardous weather conditions during nights / weekends.

Required

• Focus on site safety with specific attention to hazardous site conditions & traffic concerns
• Must be able to operate a variety of mobile equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred

• Heavy equipment experience
• Good mechanical skills
• Landscaping experience
• Small engine repair, light equipment maintenance
