Organize area specific maintenance in the Cold Mill. Participate in planning and leading maintenance related activities. Support day to day production activities as required. Direct contractors and vendors for maintenance repairs / spare parts.

Required

• Excellent safety record, communication skills, and a self-starting motivated work ethic.
• An excellent attendance history with a demonstrated trouble-shooting skill. 
• A strong ability to lead others. 
• Extensive mechanical maintenance experience, which includes knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, combustion systems, driveline power transmission, and experience accessing and reading mechanical drawings.

Preferred

• Previous maintenance experience with training and/or Technical degree.
