Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is critical in providing a positive customer experience by managing accounts, inquiries and sales efforts in a professional and efficient manner

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer care through timely responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Enter orders accurately and manage orders from entry to shipment
  • Assist customers with product availability, price quotes, troubleshooting, and delivery questions
  • Collaborate professionally with the sales team and various departments across the organization
  • Manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism and composure
  • Understand and apply key concepts such as freight equalization, pricing models, and system applications
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong data entry skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
  • Must be open to travel when required

Preferred

  • Customer Service or relevant experience
  • 4-Year Degree
  • Experience with “Salesforce” application
