Responsibilities

  • As directed by Chief Pilot and Flight Operations Manual
  • Ensures the safe and efficient conduct of assigned tasks in accordance with company SOP’s, appropriate Federal Aviation Federal regulations and approved Maintenance Manuals
  • Participates in Safety Management System
  • Line servicing, inspection, repair, and modification of aircraft and/or aircraft systems and components
  • Apply technical knowledge to repair aircraft discrepancies efficiently while properly documenting all work performed
  • Troubleshoot system and equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action.
  • Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft
  • Perform operational/functional checks on aircraft systems and equipment
  • Adjust, repair, or replace malfunctioning components
  • Operator equipment to test, diagnose, locate and repair deficiencies
  • Schedule maintenance inspections and repairs with appropriate service providers
  • Read and interpret technical data including original equipment manufacturer maintenance manuals, illustrated part catalogs, wiring diagrams, structural repair manuals, service bulletins, etc. to conduct/schedule/direct maintenance repairs
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of shop floor/work environment from clutter or debris
  • Maintain Safe work environment and reports any unsafe conditions
  • Perform all work in accordance with approved FAA data
  • Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed
  • Track and Update databases in aircraft for each cycle
  • Perform month end reporting for each manufacturer and send to CP\
  • Update aircraft manuals with current revision by OEM
  • Send out of maintain calibration for all necessary tooling equipment
  • Ensure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant License Required

  • Provide own toolbox
  • Corporate Jet or MRO experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft office platform
  • Ability to have flexible work schedule including night/weekends/holidays/travel for needed repairs
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with A&P mechanics, Pilots, FAA, engineers and service providers to maintain aircraft
  • Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics

  • Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening
