Ground maintenance and janitorial duties

• Janitorial/Custodial activities - sweeping, watering, dust suppression
• General cleanup, trash pickup and miscellaneous services
• Some heavy lifting
• Basic painting

• Must be 18 yrs. of age or older.
• Able to pass physical, drug and backgrouns screenings
• Ability to work in a variety of climate conditions (inside, outside, hot)
• Self-starter, capable of working with others with minimal supervision preferred
• Contribute a positive and productive attitude
