Internship Location
This internship is located at the Steel Dynamics Butler Flat Roll Division located in Butler, IN, in the Safety Department. This internship will take place in Summer 2026.

What Qualifications Do I Need?
Willingness to conduct safety audits and inspections in an industrial environment.
Foundational knowledge of OSHA standards and general industry safety regulations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and recommend solutions.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, objectivity, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
