Maintain and perform mechanical duties for the water treatment and general utilities for the site.

• Perform inspection of areas for required maintenance attention.
• Learn and assist operators with water treatment process.
• Understand P&IDs, drawings and equipment manuals.
• Systematically log and document activities
• Learn, understand, and assist with SDI safety programs.
• Working with contractors, scheduling, and maintaining process equipment.

Required:

• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read mechanical prints.
• Good communication skills (operators, electricians, supervisor)
• Ability to thoroughly understand the water processes.
• Project planning, execution, and completion

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of power components and electromechanical equipment
• Proficiency in welding, torching and fabrication.
• Rotating equipment alignment
• Rigging skills
• Air compressor maintenance
• Experience with maintaining fluid systems (pumps, valves, etc.)
• Ability to read P and IDs efficiently.
