Responsible for safe movement/marshalling of rail cars, and all other duties assigned by the leadman or supervisor.

• Working safely and following all safety procedures
• Safely operate rail switches throughout plant
• Must be willing to cross train on the following: Locomotive, Track-Mobile, Forklifts, Track Crane, Scales and service vehicles along with all other duties as assigned by the leadman or supervisor
• Willing and able to cover shifts and fill in for overtime when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Practical computer skills
• Must be safety and business minded, with effective written/ verbal communication skills, and ability to exercise good judgment
• Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a changing environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities
• Must exhibit skills sufficient to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to perform minor maintenance, upkeep of equipment and minor rail track repair
• Basic computer skills
• 2-Year Verifiable work experience in an industrial environment
