• General Building Maintenance
• Mowing/grounds maintenance
• Road cleaning
• Equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Trash collection
• Spill response
• Landscaping
• Snow/Ice removal
• Misc. site improvements and various mill tasks

Required

• Safety-oriented
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be or become certified to operate a variety of mobile equipment.
• Ability to work a 50 hour +/- work week

Preferred

• Heavy equipment experience
• Mechanical experience
• Lawn maintenance knowledge/experience
