Required
- 2+ years of progressive sales or customer service experience.
- Strong people skills and problem-solving skills.
- Positive outlook, self-starter, well-organized, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Experience with utilizing a CRM like Salesforce.com.
- Prior experience in the steel industry
- Willingness to relocate if needed and have the ambition to advance into a Regional Sales Manager position.
Preferrred
- 4 Year College Degree in Applicable Field
- Inside or Outside Sales Experience
