Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in the facility. Works closely with the department Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Maintenance Coordinators, Millwrights, Electricians, Shift Supervisors, and Operators to drive the department production goals. Focus will be on safety and reliability of all HSM fluid systems

•  Assist shift millwright with preventative maintenance, rounds, and breakdowns. 
• Maintain a safe work environment 
• Good communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment and use of online maintenance tracking.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs. (All Fluid Systems)
• Inventory Management of spare parts.

Required:

· Fabrication skills that include torching, welding, and print reading

· Basic mechanical knowledge.

· Pump Alignment and Rebuilds.

· Descaling Systems Experience

Preferred: 

· Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, grease systems, gear/shaft alignment, rigging, bearings, couplings

· Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams

· Previous mechanical maintenance experience

· Computer skills to include Word and Excel
