Assist in any duties in the Melt and Cast areas.  Cross train between multiple jobs, filling positions when needed.  All duties assigned by the supervisor are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Candidate must be willing and able to:

• Learn multiple jobs in the shop
• Stay current on operations and procedures
• Assist supervisor and Melt shop crew in the safe production of steel

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to create and maintain a safe work environment for self and crew
• Ability to work in a hot, dirty, dusty, loud environment
• Good communication skills
• Motivated to learn positons and advance

Preferred

• 2- Year Verifiable work experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
