Assist in all crew production needs as required

• Chock rolls
• Assist in grinding work rolls and backup rolls
  
• Operate mill cranes as needed
• Perform burner bander job functions
• Provide work support as needed for the crew

Required 

• Support all Take Control of Safety initiatives, improvements and implementations to a World Class level
• Self-motivated

Preferred

• Basic mechanical maintenance experience
• Overhead crane and forklift certification
• Safety coach, First Responder, Confined Space Rescuer, Fall Protection Rescue Team
