Report directly to the Sales Manager and work with field sales.  All duties assigned by the manager are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.

• Complete order entry, price and delivery quotations
• Schedule coordination & Production reconciliation
• Order expediting, material availability, backlog and VMI administration
• Perform telephone sales and solicitation/ telemarketing
• Complete pricing administration, pre-audit, claim and credit administration
• Coordinate with entire sales group, production groups and shipping
• Communicate and coordinate all company policies

All customer service related duties

• Demonstrated use of interpersonal skills
• Dedication
• Career minded, goal oriented team player with strong computer skills
• Competent literacy and strong telephone skills
• Four-year College degree
