Oversee the general Water Treatment Plant mechanical maintenance and site utilities. Supervise Millwrights and assist with water treatment operations as needed

• Training and supervision of Millwrights and Water Treatment operators. 
• Water Treatment Facility and site utilities mechanical maintenance 
• Maintain buildings, and general plant site conditions
• Project management / coordination with co-workers, employees, and contractor support.

Required

• 4-year degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• High level of safety awareness (LOTOTO, ELC’s, etc.) and proven safety record
• Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or Water Treatment experience – minimum of 4 years
• Supervisor experience – minimum 2 years
• Troubleshooting and problem solving (Root Cause Analysis) skills § Well organizational, with strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented

Preferred

• Centrifugal Pump, and compressor experience 
• Mechanical preventative / predictive maintenance experience
• Piping systems design and installation experience
• Project management and construction experience
