• Provide IT support - Work with end users and administrators on IT tickets and projects.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues along with documenting resolutions.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
• Work on IT process improvement.
• Recommend, configure, test, and deploy configuration packages for use with Desktop Management Product - Endpoint Central
• Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade network infrastructure. Cisco, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers. (Windows)
• Project planning.
• Assign work orders, follow up on status, and communicate status to users.
• Periodically travel to remote locations and assist other IT technicians.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent Customer Service.

• Candidates should be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program in Computer Information Systems or related field
• GPA of 2.7 or above
• Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management
• Strong comprehension skills
• Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
