Reports directly to Senior Director of FP&A providing support primarily in the areas of focus: 1) financial modeling and analysis; 2) Working in cross-functional teams to support company-wide growth initiatives; 3) due diligence administration; and 4) integration administration.

Financial Planning and Analysis 

• Develop key macro-economic, end-market and industry assumptions along with operational assumptions in collaboration with various functional teams.
• Construct valuation models for organic and inorganic growth projects with Senior Director of FP&A and support senior management reviews.
• Play a significant role in developing machine learning applications to support operations.

Business Growth and Acquisition Support

• Support business growth opportunities including acquisition analyses by assisting with:
  • Due diligence of target companies
  • Preparation of presentation for management
  • Integration of new acquisitions
• Project tracking and coordinating

Overall Responsibilities

• Serve as back up for other members of FP&A
• Perform other duties as assigned

• MBA with concentration in Finance or equivalent master’s degree
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / metals industry environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build and analyze comprehensive financial models
• High level skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Demonstrated systems experience with ability to learn new financial and reporting systems (e.g., Onstream)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and work independently, and rapidly respond to frequent, small requests
• CFA/CPA is a plus
