• Safety: Support all components of TCOS (Exposures and PSIF initiatives)
• Support and lead a culture in which work is done safely or not at all!
• Supervise, development and provide support for all electrical repair personnel
• Investigate/troubleshoot all equipment problems or equipment failures
• High level of planning and troubleshooting skill
• Ability to work safe around high voltages (34.5KV and lower)
• Some travel required for training
• Manage capital projects

• BSEE or BSEET

Preferred

• Prior knowledge and experience working in a Cold Mill or similar environment
