Overview

We are seeking a Security Operations Lead (SecOps Lead) to own and mature our end-to-end security operations capability, spanning detection, response, tooling, automation, and operational risk reduction. This role sits at the intersection of SOC, engineering, and business risk, ensuring that security operations are not just reactive, but efficient, scalable, and aligned to protecting critical business functions. You will lead efforts to reduce risk, improve visibility, and optimize security investments across both IT and OT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to policy, standards, and procedure development.
  • Lead day-to-day SOC operations, including alert triage, escalation, and response
  • Own vulnerability platforms across OT and IT.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
  • Assist in designing, building, and own monitoring health of SIEM and EDR platforms.
  • Own Employee Security Training
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Own OT Security Operations
  • Assist in merging and maturing the overall program roadmap
  • Assist with developing dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility
  • Identify and respond to anomalous activity in industrial environments

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, hardware, cloud technologies, applications, etc.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • 4-years of experience within information security or related field

Preferred

  • 4-year degree in information security or related field
  • 6+ years experience within information technology
  • Relevant Certifications
  • Project management experience
