The Sales Coordinator is responsible for receiving, reviewing, entering, and maintaining accurate data for quotes and customer orders. This position works closely with the sales team, District Sales Managers, customers, internal departments, and other plant locations to support the quoting and order process from start to finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Receive, review, and enter quote and order information accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain data for customer quotes and purchased projects.
  • Set up new projects and ensure required information is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers, District Sales Managers, internal departments, and other plant locations regarding quotes, orders, and project details.
  • Answer phones and respond to customer and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MBS OIS, and JEDI systems to complete daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain organized quote, order, and project files.
  • Track information, identify discrepancies, and follow up as needed to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and customer communication.
