Process metallurgical support

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Training and supervision of personnel
• Maintenance of testing and production equipment
• Provide technical support to sales and operations groups
• Development of new steel grades
• Design and manage trials for product and process improvements
• Timely disposition and release of products for shipment
• Analyze process and product data to improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs
• Participate in ongoing education by attending technical conferences and training
• Maintain quality documentation

Required

• B.S. in Metallurgical / Materials Engineering (or equivalent degree)

Preferred

• Rolling mill experience
• NDT experience
